Thanks for this recap! My DVR didn’t catch the game and I had to watch all the highlight reels of it. So exciting! This has been an incredibly difficult season and I really think the Storm players for hanging in there always doing their best! Can’t wait to see them on home court. GO STORM!!!
This game was incredible! We were standing up and shouting with excitement at the tv in our living room. Wish it was a home game so we could have celebrated in person, so reading this is lovely to re-live.
That was an incredible victory for us especially after the Fever had just kicked our asses so badly 2 days earlier. But Minnesota is more of a finesse team, not so much of a bullying team like the Fever. They don't have a real enforcer like Aliyah Boston is for Indiana. The Lynx had our number to start the game and it was really difficult to think that we could win this game after seeing the first half, but then the third Quarter happened where we were amazing - doubling the score on them 34-17 for those ten minutes and I became a true believer again! My mind started racing thinking about what we could do in the playoffs if we play up to our full potential!
