This. Why we weren’t attacking the paint when JJ was on the bench the bulk of the 4th quarter is beyond me. It opens up opportunities for open 3s and & 1s.
I’m at the point now, playoffs or not, I think Quinn is done. Our third quarters have been brutal all season, imho the quarter where you most see quality coaching. The adjustments in the locker room aren’t working. The loss against the Sparks was terrible, and sticks in every fans brain who was there. I just think that while I’ve always liked her, it’s time to move on.
Another disappointing loss for the Storm but not nearly as disappointing as their recent loss to the Sparks after they controlled the game the whole time before LA scored the last 11 points of the game and somehow we couldn't stop them. Is Dom's sore wrist that bad that she can't play her usual role of disruptor and game changer? I guess it must be. I'm still so upset about us not eliminating LA.
